Assistant Pastor: Assist the Senior Pastor in adult ministries; Preach and lead Sunday and Wednesday services in the Senior Pastor’s absence; Lead and preach Friday night services; Train cell group leaders in biblical teaching and group management; Direct Bible studies for adult congregants and fellowship groups under the Senior Pastor’s supervision; Provide spiritual counseling to adult members; Coordinate year-round home visitations within Fairfax County, VA (including the BLS area). 40hours/week.
